Sometimes our emotions get the best of us and while we usually want to live our lives feeling generally positive, anger has a special way of making us want to lean into it. It becomes a trap we can’t get away from, even if we wanted to. It lingers in the back of our minds and occasionally slips out from time to time.
In this issue, we explore those things in life that make us angry, ways to handle it, in what ways it's sometimes better to feel it rather than conceal it, and of course, how to not let rage ruin your mood or good times!
